Staying at ColleMassari
We're excited to have exclusive use of ColleMassari's beautiful estate for the duration of our wedding and we're very lucky that there are just the right number of bedrooms to allow all our wonderful friends and family to stay on the estate together.
We’re also delighted to be subsidising the cost of accommodation and your room has been booked for Friday and Saturday night.
We have allocated rooms based on the number of people in your party, but they're all wonderful and spacious (sneak previews in the gallery below).
You're welcome to add an extra night or two after the wedding weekend has concluded, but the hotel won't be available for guests before Friday while the wedding fairies work their magic.
Payment
Each room will have a small fee to help cover part of the cost. To confirm your room, make payment, book an additional room, or find out more information, please contact our wonderful wedding coordinator Gurdip Kaur at:

We kindly ask that you do this before 21 March 2026. She's got a clipboard and a power suit and is not to be messed with!
If you'd like to stay Sunday, or beyond, we recommend making your booking as soon as possible. This will ensure you can stay in the same room for the duration of your stay.

The Details
Timings
Check-in time is 2pm on Friday, but you can arrive and use the hotel facilities from 11am.
Check-out time on Sunday is 11am, but there's no rush to leave the property after that.
Food & Drink
From the pizza party on Friday night to your breakfast on Sunday, all your meals are on us.
We're delighted to be having an open bar for a period on Saturday night and we will be providing a taste of ColleMassari's own wine with the meals across the weekend.
Tea and coffee facilities will be available in your rooms.
If you have any room for food and drink beyond what we've got planned, ColleMassari will allow you to charge items to your room across the weekend and this can be settled on check-out.
Children
There are a small number of rooms with sofa beds. These have been allocated to our little cherubs. For this reason, only those children who are invited can be accommodated.
Facilities
ColleMassari was once an ancient hilltop village. It's farmhouses and granary buildings having been beautifully restored in recent decades.
You'll find a large swimming pool, terrace loungers, a small gym and sauna, e-bike hire, walking routes, a winery, and over 1,200 hectares of wine producing vineland.
Parking
There is plenty of parking onsite, including three EV charging spaces.
